Hey everybody, SpiralingMinty here, but you can just call me Minty.
Welcome to my website, where I'll be making posts of whatever I want. To be more specific, I'll be posting things like my art, illustrations, reviews, thoughts, and whatever else that I'm interested in posting about.
The kind of artwork that I'll be posting here will mostly be digital illustrations of my original work, original characters (OCs), concept art, comic strips. etc. I'll also be posting fan art of media content that I'm a fan of. The reason I want to post my artwork on this website is because I want to have a place where my work is properly organized and easily accessible, as well as put together a portfolio that would display the work that I want to show. I will also be posting my art on other social media accounts, but I'll probably post them here first, so be on the lookout for that.
As for what reviews I'll be doing, I will mostly be reviewing music albums, more specifically, Vocaloid and J-Pop music, as that's the niche I want to talk passionately about. I know it might seem odd for an American like me to talk deeply about music that mostly comes from the other side of the world, but I don't care. I love Vocaloid and J-Pop, and I want to express my love and obsession through engaging reviews and I want to be able to show that here. I'll be doing these album reviews in the form of blog posts, where I'll go over my thoughts and opinions on each song and the album overall, and then post it on this website. And if I can, I'll make video versions of each of my reviews, which will include my voice and visuals, and then post it on YouTube. I can't guarantee that I'll be able to make video versions of all of my album reviews (mostly due to copyright or laziness), but I'll try the best that I can.
When I have the time, I will also post long and in-depth thought pieces on certain topics that I'm interested in talking about. Some topics I would like to talk about are certain interests, ramblings, personal thoughts and opinions, as well as problems and observations that I'm passionate in going over, which can be things related to the entertainment industry, the media, the way people act, and anything else that I'm interested in talking about. There might be a lot that I'll go over in these kinds of post, as I want to get all my thoughts out as much as possible. There are many things that I'm critical and passionate about, so why not share that with other people that might be interested and think the same way.
A lot of what I said here might be subject to change in the upcoming future, so don't expect me to do everything that is said here or if I end up doing something else. Since this is my website, I get to make whatever decisions that I want with it. For now, this is the current plan that I have for this website and I hope to make the best of it and accomplish as much as I can.
